Saskatchewan Trophy

Bowen Lake Outfitters is now offering trophy Black Bear hunts in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Newly acquired 365,000 acres of northern forest and lakes that has not been hunted in over 10 years.

There is no resident hunting pressure, and all our hunts take place from ground blinds and tree stands, 20-30 yards from our baits. This area was baited/scouted in 2023 and has shown huge potential on very big/mature boars. This area will produce many book bears with 25% of them being color phase.

6 day Black Bear hunts take place Monday to Sunday, with dates ranging from Mid May through to Mid June.

You can either drive to the camp, or fly into Saskatoon International Airport where we will pick you up and take you to bear camp.

All our hunts are guided 2 x 1 and include all meals, accommodations, guides and trophy care. We will skin, salt and freeze your animal and prepare it for transportation home. Your accommodations include canvas wall tents with wooden floors. Wood stoves to keep the tents warm and generators to run lighting and charge electronics. There is a shared washroom on site with hot showers.

• Fishing for lake trout, northern pike and walleye is available at two nearby lake’s at an additional cost of $145USD/day for boat rental.
